摘　　要：祭祀在殷商社会生活中占有极其重要的地位。花东子卜辞中记载(它攵)祭的共43版,71条。卜辞所涉及的内容主要有以下几个方面:(它攵)祭的用牲种类及数量;致祭的对象;(它攵)祭的时间;(它攵)祭的地点或祭所;(它攵)祭与其他祭仪及用牲法之间的关系等。The sacrifice is an extremely important in the Shang society. A total of 43 versions and 71 items about ＂Shi＂ sacrifice sacrifice was recorded in the oracle inscriptions of Huadongzi. The inscriptions mainly includes the following content： The types and quantity of animals used in sacrifice, the object, time and locations of sacrifice; the relationships between ＂Shi＂ sacrifice and the animal use of the other rituals.
