摘　　要：【目的】探讨前列腺癌中survivin基因的表达与临床、病理特征的关系,分析其在前列腺癌发生、演变过程中的作用。【方法】应用RT-PCR方法检测前列腺癌和良性前列腺增生组织中survivinmRNA的表达情况。分析其表达与前列腺癌的临床分期、病理分级的关系。【结果】SurvivinmRNA在前列腺癌中总阳性表达率为78.85%(41/52)。在良性前列腺增生中阳性表达率15.00%(3/20),二组间有统计学显著性差异(P<0.001);前列腺癌中低分化和中分化组survivinmRNA阳性表达率明显高于高分化组,其差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。SurvivinmRNA阳性表达在临床分期之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。【结论】Survivin在前列腺癌组织中广泛表达,并且与前列腺癌的病理分级、临床分期有明显相关;为进一步的实验及探索诊断、治疗前列腺癌的新方法奠定了基础。[Objective]To study the relationship among the expression of survivin gene,the clinical and pathological features in prostate cancer and analyze the actions of survivin gene on the tumorigenesis and evolution of prostate cancer. [Methods] Distribution of survivin mRNA in the prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia by RT-PCR. The relationship of expression of survivin mRNA with the clinical prostate cancer＇s and pathologic stages.[Results] The total positive expression rate of the survivin mRNA was 78.85% （41/52） in prostate cancer. The total positive expression rate of the survivin mRNA was 15.00% （3/20） in benign prostatic hyperplasia. The two groups have significant differences （P 0.001）. The positive expression rate of survivin mRNA of low and medium differentiated groups were obviously higher than that of well-differentiated groups in prostate cancer （P 0.05）. The positive expression of survivin mRNA is significant different in the different clinical stages （P 0.05）. [Conclusion] The survivin gene has wide expression in prostate cancer tissues,which has significant relationship with pathological grading and clinical stage of prostate cancer. This study establishes the foundation of research for new method of experiment,diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
