格拉诺赛特治疗肺癌患者化疗所致Ⅳ度中性粒细胞减少症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察粒细胞集落刺激因子格拉诺赛特治疗肺癌患者化疗所致Ⅳ度中性粒细胞减少症的疗效及安全性。方法43例肺癌患者接受含铂方案化疗后出现Ⅳ度中性粒细胞减少症,应用格拉诺赛特250μg,每天一次,皮下注射,直至患者中性粒细胞脱离Ⅳ度或恢复正常。结果格拉诺赛特中位使用时间为1.5 d。43例患者均脱离Ⅳ度中性粒细胞减少,其中13例恢复至正常。主要不良反应为发热、肌肉酸痛等表现,均较轻微且为可逆性。结论格拉诺赛特治疗肺癌患者化疗所致中性粒细胞作用明显,耐受性好。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of granocyte（granulocyte colony-stimulating factor） in treatment of lung cancer patients with grade-Ⅳ neutropenia caused by platinum based chemotherapy.Methods Forty-three lung cancer patients with chemotherapy-induced grade-Ⅳ neutropenia were treated with granocyte.The granocyte was administered at a dose of 250 μg per day subcutaneously until neutrophils getting out of grade-Ⅳ neutropenia or returning to the normal range.Results The median administration duration of granocyte was 1.5 days（range from 1 day to 4days）.Peripheral neutrophils of all 43 patients recovered from grade-Ⅳ neutropenia,and 13 of them returned to the normal level.Reversible side effects,like fever,myalgia,and other symptoms were noticed during the treatment.Conclusion Granocyte considerably reduces the neutropenia and possibly reduces infections caused by intensive chemotherapy,and is well tolerated.
