摘 要:【目的】通过考查分散剂和煅烧温度对羟基磷灰石制备产物晶粒粒径和结晶度的影响,探讨水热法合成羟基磷灰石工艺的优化条件。【方法】选择不同的反应条件制备羟基磷灰石。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对目标产物羟基磷灰石作定性分析。【结果】分散剂的加入可降低目标产物的晶粒粒径;较高的煅烧温度可以提高产物的结晶度。【结论】该合成工艺可制备晶型结构完整的小粒径羟基磷灰石晶体。[Objective]To select the best conditions of reaction by studying the effect of disperser and temperature on the sintering hydroxyapatite during its preparation.[Methods]The hydroxyapatite was prepared by the hydrothermal method.The powder was identified by X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrum.[Results] Mixing disperser during pebble milling could improve dispersity of the samples and reduce the aspect ratio of the grains.Higher temperature on the sintering hydroxyapatite could improve the crystallinity.[Conclusions] The hydroxyapatite prepared by the hydrothermal method may give small-grains and integrity microstructure.
