摘  要:目的:观察微米大黄炭对乙酸溃疡大鼠血浆PGE2含量的影响。方法:用冰醋酸制备大鼠慢性胃溃疡模型,随机分为4组(空白对照组、模型组、微米大黄炭组和雷尼替丁组),分别灌服生理盐水、促愈颗粒和雷尼替丁。心脏穿刺取血后用放射免疫法检测血浆PGE2含量。结果:与模型组相比,微米大黄炭组和雷尼替丁组血浆PGE2含量均明显提高(P<0.05,P<0.01);微米大黄炭组与雷尼替丁比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:微米大黄炭可显著促进胃溃疡大鼠上皮细胞合成和分泌PGE2,从而增强胃黏膜防御功能。Objective:To study the effects of micron rhubarb charcoal on the levels of plasma PGE2 in rats of acetic acid ulcer.Methods: The model rats of chronic gastric ulcer were prepared with acetic acid and randomly divided into A、B、C and D group,which were given normal saline,micron rhubarb charcoal and ranitidine respectively.Before of cardiac puncture the levels of plasma PGE2 was detected by radioimmunoassay.Results: Compared with model group,micron carbon rhubarb group and the ranitidine plasma PGE2 levels were markedly improved(P0.05,P0.01),but compared with C and D groups showed no significant difference.Rhubarb-micron carbon can significantly promote the gastric ulcer in rat epithelial cells synthesize and secrete PGE2,enhance the function of gastric mucosa defense.Conclusion: Rhubarb-micron carbon can significantly promote the gastric ulcer in rat epithelial cells synthesize and secrete PGE2,thereby enhancing the gastric mucosal defensive function.
