摘　　要：美、日、欧创新人才培养有完善的体系和丰富的经验。本文首先简述美、日、欧发达国家关于创新人才的界定,其次重点分析创新人才培养的典型模式和实践,最后从课程体系、教学特点等五个方面系统探讨了美、日、欧创新人才培养的基本特点。This paper described the definition of creative talents from United States,Japan and Europe.Then,it focused on analyzing the typical pattern and practice of the cultivation of innovative talents.Lastly,it systemly discussed basic pattern of the cultivation of innovative talents from five aspects,such as curriculum,teaching characteristics.
