摘 要:针对大型船舶柴油机气缸套内壁的失效机理,本文设计及制备了3Cr13高速电弧喷涂层、NiCr-Cr3C2及NiWC25亚音速火焰喷涂层。分析了不同涂层的性能,重点探讨了涂层磨损机理。研究表明:3Cr13涂层相对另两种涂层组织致密,结合强度及显微硬度高、抗热震性能及耐磨性优异,能达到气缸套内孔尺寸修复与强化的双重作用,可望广泛应用于大型船舶柴油机气缸套的再制造中。Based on the failure mechanisms of the cylinder liner of large marine diesel engine, the 3Cr13 high speed arc spraying coating, NiCr-Cr3C2 and NiWC25 subsonic speed flame spraying coatings were designed and deposited separately. The properties of various coatings were analyzed and the coating wear mechanisms were discussed. The research results showed that compared with other two kinds of coatings, the microstructure of 3Cr13 coating is denser and its bonding strength is higher. Also, 3Cr13 coating possesses high microhardness, excellent thermal shock resistance and wear resistance, which can achieve dual function of the size repair and the strengthening of the cylinder liner, and is hopeful to be applied widely in the diesel engine cylinder liner's remanufacturing of the large-scale ships.
