摘  要:为研究封装压力对质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)输出性能的影响,研制了以滚动导柱-导套为导向装置的测试平台,研究了导向机构与测量仪器选择、传动机构设计等关键设计问题,对影响测量、控制精度的因素进行了分析与实验。实验结果表明,该平台位移测量精度为±4μm,压力测量精度为±0.6kg,其位移控制的显示值与设定值误差不超过±2μm,满足PEMFC封装和测试中对压力与位移的测量、控制要求。A platform using rolling pillar and sleeve as guiding device was designed and manufactured in order to investigate the influence of clamping force on performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). Some key technologies such as selection of guiding device and measuring instruments and design of transmission system were studied. Influencing factors on measurement and control were analyzed and verified. Experimental results show that, the precision of displacement and force measurement are ±7μm and ±0.6 kg, respectively, and that indication error of displacement control is less than ±2 μm. All these precision meets the requirements in measurement and control of claming force and displacement in PEMFC.
