摘 要:目的探讨生殖激素LH、FSH、E2、T与染色体异常及精子密度之间的关系。方法对我中心收集的男性不育患者199例,采用化学发光免疫分析仪检测血清LH、FSH、E2和T;外周血淋巴细胞染色体核型分析;全自动精子分析仪进行精液分析,分组比较。结果非梗阻性无精子症患者与各组比较有显著差异,精子密度正常、少精子症、梗阻性无精子症患者之间血清FSH、LH、T水平无明显差异;与染色体正常精子密度正常组比较,性染色体畸变组LH和FSH水平显著升高,常染色体畸变和Y染色体微缺失患者激素水平无明显差异。结论生殖激素水平与性染色体畸变、精子密度有一定的相关性,激素测定对睾丸生精功能的判断有指导意义。Objective:To study the correlation between reproductive hormon LH,FSH,E2,T and chromosome aberrations,sperm density.Methods:199 male infertility patients were examined. The reproductive hormone LH,FSH,E2 and T were analyzed by chemiluminescence immunoassay.Karyotype of peripheral blood lymphocytes were analyzed by G-banding.Semen density was examined by computer assisted sperm analysis.The hormone level of patients were grouped and compared according to sperm density and chromosome aberations.Results:By comparing the level of FSH,LH,T,significant differences were found between nonobstructive azoospermia patients and other groups,while no differnces were found between normal sperm,oligospermia,obstructive azoospermia groups.LH and FSH level increased significantly in sexual chromosome aberration group compared to normal chromosome and normal sperm density group,while no differences were found in autosome aberrations group and Y chromosome microdeletion group.Conclusions:Our data showed that reproductive hormone level is correlated with sexual chromosome aberrations and sperm density.These results suggest that hormone detection can provide guidance to assess the testicular spermatogenic function.
