摘　　要：文章阐释了女性人才资源在经济社会发展中的重要作用,分析了当前山西省女性人才资源开发存在的问题,有针对性地提出如何在新时期、新阶段开发女性人才资源,服务山西经济发展。The paper,based on the important role of female human resources in the social and economic development,and after analyzing problems in the female human resources development in Shanxi,proposes ways to develop the resources in the new era and stage to serve the scientific development of Shanxi.
