摘  要:目的了解孕妇的营养知识、态度与饮食行为(knowledge attitude and practice,KAP)现况及其影响因素,为指导孕妇合理营养提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查法对2008年8月1日至11月1日在北京军区总医院住院待产和接受产前检查的410例孕妇进行调查。结果孕妇对营养知识缺乏全面深入地了解,营养态度普遍较好。粮谷类、蔬菜、水果、奶类的摄入频率较合理,对孕期特殊需要食物如菌藻类、坚果类、动物肝脏和血的摄入较低。营养知识(K)、态度(A)、饮食行为(P)之间有明显正相关性,孕妇的营养K、A、P水平与其文化程度和孕期体重增长数呈正相关关系。结论目前孕妇人群的营养知识和饮食行为有待改善。提高医护人员的营养知识技能水平,加强孕妇及家人的营养教育,是促进母婴健康,降低母婴并发症的有效措施。Objective To investigate the levels of nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) and its influencing factors for pregnant women, so as to provide scientific evidence for developing nutrition education programs in the future. Methods A survey of nutrition KAP was carried out using a questionnaire among 410 pregnant women. Results Most subjects lacked a overall understanding of nutritional knowledge but they held a positive attitude towards nutrition. The in- take for cereals product, vegetable, fruits and milk was adequate. However, the nutritive intake for special phy.siological requirement was not adequate, such as aquatic product, nut and animal internal organs. There were positive correlation a- mong knowlede, attitude and practice of nutrition. Education of pregnant women was the major contributing factor for their nutritional KAP levels. Conclusion It is suggested that more nutrition education should be implemented by taking acceptable measures for pregnant women and their families to promote the health of pregnant women and improve the obstetric quality.
