摘　　要：高职院校学生生源复杂,在学习动力和学习能力上存在不足。介绍了高职院校学生素质与师资状况,阐述了高职院图书馆知识资源建设,指出高职院校图书馆应建立知识资源导航体系,为学生知识需要和师资建设保驾护航。The student source of higher vocational college is complex, there is obviously insufficiency in learning motivation and learning ability. This paper introduces the situation of the qualities of teachers and students in higher vocational college, expounds the construction of knowledge resources of the library of higher vocational college, and points out that the library of higher vocational college should establish knowledge resources navigation system for satisfying students＇ knowledge needs and guaranteeing the construction of qualified teachers team.
