摘　　要：课题组通过问卷与访谈相结合的方式对重庆的高校和用人单位进行了调查,并依据数据的比对发现大学毕业生就业问题不仅是供求总量失衡的问题,还存在着十大深层次的矛盾。解决矛盾的对策必须从矛盾涉及的主体——政府、高校、用人单位以及大学毕业生入手,转变用人和就业观念,完善就业服务法律制度建设,改革高校专业设置,促进就业相关配套措施完善。We survey the universities and employers in Chongqing through questionnaires and interviews.Based on the analysis of the survey data,we find there is not only the imbalance between supply and demand in the college graduates＇ employment,but also some deep-seated contradictions.To solve these contradiction we need the efforts of the principal parts in the contradiction-the government,universities,employers and college graduates,and to change the concept of recruitment and employment,to improve the legal system of employment services,reform the specialty offered in colleges and universities,and to promote the supporting measures to improve employment.
