摘　　要：建立一项简易的结肠直肠肿瘤的筛选检查方法。方法:采用亲合组织化学方法,用辣根过氧化酶(HRP)标记的花生凝集素(PNA)检测直肠粘液的T抗原。用肛指检查取得直肠粘液,涂于载玻片上。与HRP标记的PNA起反应,呈棕色者为阳性。结果:检测结肠直肠癌的敏感性为86.6％,特异性为92.5％。结论:直肠粘液T抗原检测筛选结肠直肠肿瘤是一种简易敏感的方法,较适合于人群普查。To develop a new easy test for screening examination of colorectal neoplasia. Methods: Mucus, obtained by digital rectal exam, is smeared on a slide to react with peanut agglutinin (PNA) labe-led by Horseradish-peroxidase(HRP). Results: Positive reaction shows a brown color. The sensitivity is 86.6%, and is specificity 92.5% for colorectal neoplasia. Conclusions: The rectum mucus slide test is sensi-tive for screening examination of colorectal neoplasia.
