摘　　要：如何提高大学生就业力、解决就业难是现在高等教育教学中必须要思考的问题之一。而医学生的就业困境与养老行业对医学生的需求成为一对矛盾。以学生就业为导向,将康复专业培养方向与养老需求进行接轨是一种值得探索的培养方式。It is one of the problems to be thought over on how to improve students＇ employment ability and to solve the difficulties of employment in the course of higher education and teaching. It is a contradiction between the medicos＇s difficulty of employment and the demand of medicos from old people support industry. Based on employment of students,it is a feasible approach for education of rehabilitation major to meet the demand of old people support industry.
