摘  要:目的研究3种金属烤瓷冠对基牙龈沟液(gingival crevicular fluid,GCF)量、GCF中天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)和碱性磷酸酶(alkalinephosphatase,ALP)水平的影响。方法磨牙行烤瓷单冠修复的患者90例,分成3组,分别行镍铬合金、钴铬合金、金合金烤瓷冠修复,于修复前及修复后1周、1个月、6个月检测基牙GCF量、GCF中AST和ALP活性水平。结果3组修复前GCF量、龈沟液AST活性、龈沟液ALP活性的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。镍铬合金组修复后1周、1个月和6个月的GCF量(t=2.738、t=2.694、t=2.501,P<0.05)、龈沟液AST活性(t=2.537、t=2.463、t=2.389,P<0.05)、龈沟液ALP活性(t=2.359、t=2.278、t=2.046,P<0.05)较修复前均增加。钴铬合金组修复后6个月,GCF量(t=0.791)、龈沟液AST活性(t=1.380)、龈沟液ALP活性(t=1.195)与修复前的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。金合金组修复后1个月,GCF量(t=0.759)、龈沟液AST活性(t=1.431)、龈沟液ALP活性(t=1.106)同修复前的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金合金是理想的金属烤瓷冠材料,钴铬合金烤瓷冠对牙周健康影响较小。Objective To further investigate the effects of three kinds of porcelain fused to metal crowns(PFM) on the levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF).Methods Selecting 90 patients whose molars ought to accept PFM prosthesis.The patients were randomly divided into three groups.One group was restored with Ni-Cr alloy PFM,the other two groups were restored with Co-Cr alloy PFM and gold alloy PFM individually.At preoperation and on the first week,first month and sixth month after PFM cementation,GCF was obtained by whatman filter paper stips respectively,and the level of AST and ALP were tested.Results The amount of GCF and the level of AST and ALP of three groups teeth were close before restoration(P〉0.05).After three kinds of PFM cementation,on the first week,all groups increased(P〈0.05),on the first month,Ni-Cr and Co-Cr were still higher than before and gold group(P〈0.05),which became the same as before(P〈0.05).On the sixth month,Co-Cr group also decreased to before level(P〉0.05),while Ni-Cr group was still higher(P〈0.05).Conclusion The Co-Cr alloy and gold alloy PFM may affect periodontium less than Ni-Cr alloy PFM in observation period of this study.
