16排螺旋CT诊断周围型小肺癌的征象分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨16排螺旋CT对周围型小肺癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术和(或)病理证实的80例有完整资料的周围型小肺癌的16排螺旋CT扫描征象。结果:80例先行CT平扫,结果示深浅分叶征56例,毛刺征46例,空泡征50例,胸膜凹陷征51例,血管纠集征10例,支气管充气征3例。其中54例加做CT强化扫描,其中49例CT值增幅>30Hu,占90%。结论:16排螺旋CT平扫及强化扫描对周围型小肺癌具有较大诊断价值。Objective：To investigate the value of 16-slice spiral CT for the diagnosis of small peripheral lung cancer（SPLC）.Methods： To review the 16-slice spiral CT signs data of 80 patients with SPLC which were confirmed by surgery and（or） pathology retrospectively.Results： All of the 80 cases of SPLC underwent routine CT scans,the lobulation sign were found in 56 cases,spiculation sign in 46 cases,vacuole sign in 50,pleural indentation sign in 51,angiogram sign in 10,air bronchogram sign in 3.Fifty four cases of them underwent additional enhanced CT scans,the increase of CT value of 49 cases were higher than 30Hu,accounting for 90%.Conclusion： 16-slice spiral CT routine scans and enhanced scans have great value to the diagnosis of SPLC.
