摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤的临床病理特征、免疫表型特征及鉴别诊断。方法:应用HE和免疫组化对4例PEComa进行观察并复习相关文献。结果:胞浆透明或嗜酸的瘤细胞为梭形、上皮样,呈巢状、腺泡状排列,其间见丰富的薄壁血管。HMB45 SMA均阳性表达。结论:子宫PEComa是一种较少见的间叶性肿瘤,易误诊为子宫平滑肌瘤,特征性的联合表达HMB45 SMA。子宫PEComa目前尚无确切的恶性诊断标准,属于恶性潜能未定的肿瘤。Objective：To investigate the clinicopathological and immunophenotypic features of uterine PEComa,Methods：Four cases of PEComa were investigated by light microscopy and the related literature was reviewed.Results：Diffuse,nested and /or fascicular proliferation of spindled and epithelioid cells that display clear to eosinophilic cytoplasms,and which display a perivascular distribution and immunoreactivity for HMB45 and SMA.Conclusion：PEComas of uterus is rare and to be easily misdiagnosed as uterine smooth muscle tumors,there is not definit standard of benign or malignant.
