摘 要:为了满足激光惯性约束聚变(ICF)实验的需求,本文利用HIPE法对二乙烯基苯(DVB)泡沫的制备进行了研究,讨论了乳化剂浓度对泡沫形貌结构的影响及苯乙烯共交联对共聚泡沫的影响,表征了不同密度泡沫的形貌结构、力学性能和加工性能。最终制备了具有直接进行微加工能力的不同密度的DVB泡沫材料,并用自制三喷嘴乳粒发生器制备和表征了ICF靶用DVB空心泡沫微胶囊。In order to meet the requirement of low density machined foams in inertial confinement fusion(ICF)experiments,the divinylbenzene foams were fabricated by HIPE.DVB foams of different densities that can be miro-cured directly were finally prepared.The morphology and the performance of mechanics and machining of different density foams had been characterized.For both good performance of machining and uniformity of pinhole diameter,the fabrication conditions had been discussed,such as quality of emulsifier and ratio of styrene.The results showed that the best addition volume of emulsifier was 20wt% of DVB,and the optimum ratio of DVB/St was confirmed as 1∶1.DVB hollow foam capsules with 1.5mm-3.5mm in diameter were also prepared by triple orifice droplet generator.Morphology of capsules were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray.The out-of-round(OOR)and non-concentricity(NC)of capsules were less than 1% and 5% separately.
