摘 要:目的:比较5种含有不同成膜材料的氟化物涂膜的释氟情况,评价成膜材料对氟化物涂膜释氟特性的影响。方法:将5种使用不同成膜材料(渗透型丙烯酸树脂、珂巴树脂、聚合松香、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、甲基丙烯酸乙酯共聚树脂)的氟化物涂膜材料涂布在边长12mm的塑料载片上,吹干后浸泡于去离子水中,经过4、8、24、48、72、96、120h后,用氟离子选择电极测定浸泡液中的氟离子浓度,计算涂膜释氟率。结果:渗透型丙烯酸树脂涂膜的早期(8h)释氟率最高,珂巴树脂涂膜和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛涂膜的早期释氟率居中,聚合松香涂膜和甲基丙烯酸乙酯共聚树脂涂膜的早期释氟率最低,珂巴树脂涂膜的中期(72h)释氟率最高,聚合松香涂膜的长期(72h)释氟率低。结论:成膜材料对氟化物涂膜的释氟特性有显著的影响,渗透型丙烯酸树脂、珂巴树脂和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛适合于作为常规氟化物涂膜的成膜材料。AIM:To evaluate the influence of film-forming materials on the fluoride releasing characteristics of the varnishes. METHODS: Five fluoride varnishes containing the same fluoride and different film-forming materials (osmotic acrylic resin, Copal resin, polymerized rosin, polyvinyl butyral, ethylmethacrylate copolymer resins respectively) were prepared. Each fluoride varnish was painted onto 35 plastic slices (12 mm×12 mm×0.4 mm), which were then immersed in deionized water after drying. After 4 h,8 h,24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h and 120 h, five slices of each fluoride varnish were removed and the water were tested for fluoride content with a fluoride-ion selective electrode. RESULTS: Within 8h, the fluoride varnish containing osmotic acrylic resin showed the highest fluoride releasing rate, followed by the fluoride varnishes containing Copal resin or polyvinyl butyral. The fluoride varnish containing polymerized rosin or ethyl methacrylate copolymer showed the least fluoride releasing rate. At 72 h, the fluoride varnish containing Copal resin demonstrated the highest fluoride releasing rate, followed by the fluoride varnishes containing osmotic acrylic resin or ethyl methacrylate copolymer or polyvinyl butyral. The fluoride varnish containing polymerized rosin showed the least fluoride releasing rate. CONCLUDION: Film-forming materials have significant influence on the fluoride-releaseing characteristics of fluoride varnish. Osmotic acrylic resin, Copal resin and polyvinyl butyral are suitable for fluoride varnishes.
