摘　　要：人文素质教育是素质教育的一个重要组成部分。目前我国新建本科院校普遍存在着人文素质教育缺位的现象。本文从四个方面分析了造成这种现象的原因,并从指导思想、大学精神、教育策略、素质拓展和文化氛围等五个方面提出对策建议。Humanistic quality education is an important part of education. Currently our Newly-built Colleges exists universally Absence phenomenon of humanistic quality education.This article analyzed the reasons of this phenomenon from the four respects, And Puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions from the guiding ideology, the College spirit, education strategy,diathesis development and the cultural atmosphere from five aspects.
