加减逍遥散联合帕罗西汀片治疗抑郁症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨加减逍遥散联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取我院156例抑郁症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各78例。对照组予以帕罗西汀片治疗;观察组在对照组基础上予以加减逍遥散治疗。结果两组治疗前后HAMD评分、治疗后两组之间HAMD评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(91.03%)明显优于对照组(74.36%),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加减逍遥散联合帕罗西汀片治疗抑郁症的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。Objective Paroxetine in the Treatment of plus or minus Xiaoyaosan combined clinical depression.Methods Select our hospital 156 cases of patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups and a control group of 78 cases.Paroxetine in treatment of the control group; the observation group in the control group to be based on the addition and subtraction Xiaoyaosan treatment.Results The two groups before and after treatment HAMD score,HAMD score after treatment the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;observation group, the total efficiency（91.03%）was significantly better than the control group（74.36%）,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Modified Xiaoyaosan combined paroxetine in treatment of clinical depression,marked,should be widely used.
