摘　　要：本文分析了企业集团财务控制模式的影响因素，最后根据我国企业集团所处的环境、成长背景及现有的发展和特点，提出了我国企业集团财务控制模式的现实选择。This article first analyzes the factors that affect the financial control pattern of the enterprise groups. According to the practical conditions of our country, the author proposes the practical choice of enterprise group＇ s financial control pattern.
