摘　　要：通过对矿区300例病人的纤维胃镜检查，分析了上消化道疾病多发于矿工的原因，阐明了纤维胃镜在矿区医院的应用价值，尤其对临床症状较轻的早期癌患者，上消化道造影阴性时，应尽早作胃镜检查，以明确诊断，及时治疗，提高患者的五年生存率。By checking 300 cases of gastroscopic diagnos, analyzes the reason that upper-digestive diseases often happen to miners,expounds the value of the gastroscopy in mine hospital. especially for the early carcinoma patients who are negative by digestive graphy,they should have a gastroscopy as soon as possible in order to make the diagnosis clear and be cured in time. therefore, we can improve the patients' five-year-survival rate.
