恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后血小板参数变化的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后血小板各参数的变化和对临床化疗的指导作用。方法对102例恶性肿瘤患者化疗第一周期前，第三周期后，第六周期后血小板各参数进行动态测定，并将其做配对比较。结果恶性肿瘤患者化疗患者第三周期后和第六周期后的PLT、PCT明显低于第一周期前（P〈O．05），MPV、PDW无明显变化（P〉0．05）。结论对恶性肿瘤患者进行化疗时，应注意血小板参数的变化，以防止化疗过程中因血小板各参数的变化而引起继发出血。Objective To study the changes and the clinical significance of platelet parameters in malignant patients treated by chemotherapy.Methods We examined the dynamic changes of platelet parameters in cancer patients before the first, after the third and the sixth periods of chemotherapy followed by a comparison.Results The PLT and PCT of the patients after the third and sixth periods of chemotherapy are significant lower than those of patients before the first chemotherapy（P〈0.05）,while MPV and PDW had no significant differences statistically （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The platelet parameters should be examined to prevent posthemorrhage resulted from the decrease of platelet parameters in cancer patients with chemotherapy.
