摘  要:目的:探讨癌基因c-fos、c-jun表达产物与食管癌的发生、发展及预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SABC法,以兔抗c-fos、c-jun抗体标记60例食管癌和10例远端切缘粘膜。观察其在切缘食管粘膜、癌旁粘膜及不同分化程度和组织学类型食管癌的表达,并比较其阳性率。结果:c-fos、c-jun阳性反应见于癌旁粘膜和食管癌组织,癌旁粘膜c-fos、c-jun阳性率分别为72.2%和58.3%,癌组织为55.0%和48.3%;在食管癌表达的阳性率与癌组织分化程度和组织学类型有关(P<0.05),与淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论:提示c-fos、c-jun的过量表达可发生在不典型增生的食管粘膜和食管癌组织。Purpose To determine the expression of cfos, cjun products in esophageal carcinoma (EC) and its relationship with the development and prognosis of the tumor. Methods Sixty cases of EC and 10 cases of distant mucosa were immunohistochemically stained for cfos, cjun. The positivity rates in different grades and different type of EC, paraEC and normal esophageal mucosa were compared statistically. Results cfos, cjun immunoreactivity was found in EC and paraEC. The positivity rates in paraEC were 722% (cfos) and 583% (cjun), and in EC, 550% (cfos) and 483% (cjun). In EC, the positive rates were related to different differentiation and histologic type (P<005), and were not related to lymph node matastasis of the tumors (P>005). Conclusions The results suggest that overexpression of cfos, cjun could occur in dysplasia esophageal mucosa and cancer tissue.
