摘  要:在管式石英反应器上实验研究了CO、H2、CH4、C2H4四种燃煤轻质挥发分组分对选择性非催化还原(SNCR)过程的影响,并以C2H4为例详细说明了其对脱硝效率、NH3泄漏、HNCO泄漏等因素的影响。实验结果表明:C2H4的存在提高了低温区域的脱硝效率,降低了NH3或HNCO泄漏,但最佳脱硝效率有所降低,低温区域的N2O生成量大幅增加;H2对脱硝温度窗口的扩展作用最大,在合适的H2含量下脱硝温度窗口宽度可扩大55℃以上;氨水-SNCR过程中,若还原性气体含量比(β)小于2.8,则CH4引起的最佳脱硝温度向低温方向的偏移量(ΔTopt)最大,而尿素-SNCR过程中则是C2H4引起的ΔTopt最大;氨水-SNCR过程中,C2H4造成的最佳脱硝效率降幅最大,尿素-SNCR过程中,在β<2.7时造成效率降幅最大的是CO。Experimental study on the influences of light coal volatiles including CO,H2,CH4,C2H4 on selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) was carried out in a quartz tube reactor,and detailed illuminations about DeNOx efficiency,NH3 slip,HNCO slip etc.were given in the case of C2H4.The experimental results show that the existence of C2H4 improves the DeNOx efficiency in low-temperature region,decreases both NH3 slip and HNCO slip,but it has a much larger production of N2O in low-temperature region.H2 leads to the biggest enlargement of DeNOx temperature window,the width of DeNOx temperature window can be enlarged bigger than 55 ℃ at some proper H2 content.CH4 results in the biggest ΔTopt (the optimum DeNOx temperature’s offset towards a lower temperature) in ammonia-SNCR process when reducing gas content ratio (β) is lower than 2.8,while the biggest ΔTopt is caused by C2H4 in urea-SNCR process.The optimal DeNOx efficiency’s decreas caused by C2H4 is the largest in ammonia-SNCR process,and CO causes the largest efficiency decreases in urea-SNCR process when β2.7.
