摘 要:用Heidenhain-Azan三色法、CameronSteele法和PAP免疫细胞化学技术,对鲈鱼脑垂体促腺激素(GTH)分泌细胞进行定位,然后确定该细胞发育成熟与性腺发育之间向相互关系。可为人工培育鲈鱼亲鱼时,适时用外源性激素诱发其性腺提早成熟,提供科学依据。By using pituitary histolog1caI staining methods and PAP immunocytochemical tech-nique,the relation between gonadotropic cell of pituitary gland at different stages of gonadsin Lateolabrax japonicus were investigated. During early gonad (ovary and testis),the stain-ing reaction of the pituitary gonadotrops to Heidenhain-Azan(H. A),Cammon and steele andsalmon GTH antibodies showed no staing and immuno-negative reaction. The pituitary go-nadotrops of Lateolabrax japonicus with gonadal development and maturation showed middleand strong reactions to salrnon GTH antibodies. The pituitary gonadotrops were stained indark blue colur. The results indicated that synthetic and secretory activities of pituitary go-nadotrops had a positive correlation with gonadal development and maturation. Thus, thepresent study will provide for foreground artificial breeding of science base LateOlebrax japonicus.
