摘　　要：目的:探讨线粒体促凋亡因子Omi/HtrA2在膀胱癌组织、癌旁组织、膀胱正常粘膜组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用流式细胞术方法检测44例膀胱癌组织,44例癌旁组织及12例膀胱正常粘膜组织Omi/HtrA2的表达。结果:1Omi/HtrA2的阳性表达率为膀胱癌组织81.9%(36/44),癌旁组织31.9%(14/44),正常膀胱粘膜25.0%(3/12);2Omi/HtrA2在膀胱移行细胞癌的阳性表达率情况为G1级83.3%(10/12),G2级65.2%(15/23),G3级22.2%(2/9);3Omi/HtrA2的表达与性别、年龄和临床分期无明显的关系。结论:1Omi/HtrA2在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于正常粘膜组织和癌旁组织。2Omi/HtrA2蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达水平与患者的年龄、性别以及肿瘤的分期无关,与膀胱癌病理分级有关。Objective：Investigate the expression of Omi/HtrA 2 in the Bladder transitional cell carcinoma（BTTC） and peritumoral tissue and bladder normal mucosa and its significance in clinical medicine . Methods： The Traces of Omi/HtrA2 were detected by FCM in 44 samples of BTCC and 44 samples of peritumoral tissue and 12 samples of normal bladder mucosa . Results：①The positive expression rate of Omi/HtrA2 protein in BTCC was 81.9% （36/44）, The positive expression rate in the peritumoral tissue was 31.9% （14/44）, The positive expression rate in normal bladder mucosa was 25.0% （3/12）.②The positive expression rate of Omi/HtrA2 protein in BTCC G1 grade was 83.3%（10/12）, G2 65.2%（15/23）, G3 22.2%（2/9）.③The expression of Omi/HtrA2 and Surviving was no relationship with age, gender, clinical Stage. Conclusions：① The positive traces rate of Omi/HtrA2 protein in BTCC was higher than it in peritumoral tissue and the normal bladder mucosa.②The expression of Omi/HTRA2 was no relationship with age, gender, clinical Stage, but with pathological grading.
