摘　　要：目的探讨保留晶体及非硅油填充治疗早期视网膜巨大裂孔的方法。方法联合应用全氟丙烷和全氟萘烷治疗１３例巨大裂孔性视网膜脱离。结果视网膜最终复位率９２３％，视力显著提高。结论在治疗早期巨大裂孔性视网膜脱离时，联合应用全氟萘烷及全氟丙烷，保留晶体，不行硅油填充，有助于获得较高手术成功率并提高视力。Objective To study the method of lens sparing (without lensectomy) and non silicone oil tamponade for treating early giant retinal tears. Method 13 early giant retinal tear cases were treated altogether with perfluoropropane and perfluorodecalin. Results The retinal reattachment rate was 92.3% and the visual acuity was obviously improved. Conclusion The lens sparing and non silicone oil tamponade treatment of early retinal tears altogether with perfluorodecalin and perfluoropropane is helpful to improve the success rate of the retinal detachment surgery and the visual acuity outcomes.
