摘  要:利用费氏弧菌(Vibrio fisheri)发光原理研究了3种环境毒物对费氏弧菌的单一毒性与联合毒性的影响。结果显示,Cd^(2+)、除草剂草甘膦、除虫剂啶虫脒单独存在时,均对发光菌产生毒性作用,其光抑制率随测试时间的延长和浓度的增大而增强。但三者对费氏弧菌的剂量-效应关系曲线的影响有所不同,Cd^(2+)及啶虫脒的剂量-效应关系曲线趋于S型,而草甘膦的剂量-效应关系曲线为直线型。Cd^(2+)、草甘膦和啶虫脒对费氏弧菌的联合毒性与作用时间和体积比密切相关。当体积比为1:1时,Cd^(2+)与草甘膦的联合作用在5 min时表现为相加作用,15~45 min时表现为拮抗作用;Cd^(2+)与啶虫脒的联合作用在5min时表现为拮抗作用,15~30 min时表现为相加作用,45 min时表现为协同作用;草甘膦与啶虫脒的联合作用在整个测试时间段均表现为弱相加作用。从整个测试时间不同体积比来看,Cd^(2+)与草甘膦按0.1:0.1和0 2:0.5混合表现为拮抗作用,按1:1混合表现为相加作用;Cd^(2+)与啶虫脒按各比例混合均表现为相加作用;草甘膦与啶虫脒按各比例混合均表现为弱相加作用。The paper takes it as its purpose to introduce its author's research findings on the joint toxicity of cadmium ion, glyphosatc and acetamiprid by 'using luminescent bacteria. As a matter of fact, the bioluminescence of Vibrio fisheri can be used to detect the single and joint toxicity of the above said typical environmental toxicants, which stand for the heavy metal-cadmium ion, herbicides-glyphosate and the pesticide-acetamiprid. The results of our experiments show that all of the natural pollutants may have toxic effects on the luminescent bacteria- Vibrio fisheri, whose photoinhibition rates tend to increase with the prolonging of exposure time and the concentration rise, even when the heavy metal-cadmium ion, herbicides-glyphosate, pesticide-ac- etamiprid exist alone. Prolonging the exposure time, the EC50 of Vibriofisheri tends to decrease, which indicate that the sensitivity of Vibrio fisheri to the toxicants seems to be increasing. However, their dosage-effect relationship curve would be quite different. That is to say, the dosage-effect relationship of Cd^2+ or acetamiprid on Vibrio fisheri tends to be in S type, whereas the dosage-effect relationship curve of glyphosate on Vibrio fisheri remains linear. The results of their joint toxicity prove to be in relation to the different concentration combinations and exposure times. When the concentration ratio of any two toxicants turns to be 1 : 1, the joint effect between Cd^2 + and glyphosate would beadditive-within the 5 min exposure time. However, when the antagonistic effect of exposure time lasts from 15 min to 45 min; the joint effect-of Cd^2+ and acetamiprid would be antagonistic against the exposure time of 5 min, whose additive effect would be prolonging from 15 min to 30 min with the synergies of exposure time being the 45 min. In such a situation, the joint effect between glyphosate and acetamiprid should always be a weak additive one throughout the exposure time.
