摘　　要：目的了解腹腔镜手术护士的心理健康情况和压力源，采取有效的方法和措施，保障、促进腹腔镜手术护士身心健康，从而提高护理服务质量。方法采用问卷调查表对我市35名护士进行调查，并利用统计方法对压力源进行综合评估。结果腹腔镜手术护士有很大的工作压力，压力源主要表现在担心医疗差错、工作环境、工作量和工作时间等方面。结论必须采取各种有效措施，降低了腹腔镜手术护士的压力，提高了积极性。Objective To describe job stressors, psychological health and the relationship between job stressors and psychological health in laparoseope operation nurses. Explore a measure to ensure the health of nurses and thus increase the nursing service quality. Methods The questionnaires were used to carry out to 35 nurses during the past year. Statistical methods were used to analyze the data, Results A world of delivery pressure in laparoseope operation nurses. To worry about the malpraxis was the most important pressure, unhealthy work environment, time pressure, resource also make nurses delivery pressure. Conclusions The effective stress management strategies should be implemented to keep nurses in the profession and achieve better patient care.
