摘　　要：目的：明确内源性雌激素（Ｅ２）和生长因子（ＥＧＦＲ）在大肠癌中的作用及相互关系。方法：免疫组化检测４８例大肠癌内源性Ｅ２、ＥＧＦＲ和ＰＣＮＡ的表达。结果：内源性Ｅ２阳性２９（６０．４％）例，其阳性细胞平均百分率为４１．１％，与肿瘤淋巴结转移呈负相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。ＥＧＦＲ过表达３２（６６．７％）例，ＰＣＮＡ增殖指数高，且两者均与肿瘤淋巴结转移呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。内源性Ｅ２阳性细胞百分率与ＥＧＦＲ过表达呈负相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＥＧＦＲ与ＰＣＮＡ的表达呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：内源性Ｅ２阴性或阳性细胞数目少的大肠癌受生长因子影响大，瘤细胞增殖分裂能力强。Purpose In order to explicate the effect of endogenous estradiol, EGFR, PCNA in colorectal carcinoma and their relation each other. Methods The expressions of endogenous estradiol, EGFR and PCNA in 48 colorectal carcinomas were studied immunohistochemically. Results The positivity rate of endogenous estradiol was 60 4%(29/48) and the main percentage of positive cell was 41 1%, it was negative correlation with metastasis of lymph node ( P <0 05);overexpression of EGFR detected in 32 of 48(66 7%) patients with colorectal carcinoma was high proliferating index of tumor cells, and they all had positive correlation with metastasis of lymph node ( P <0 05); There were negative correlation between endogenous estradiol and EGFR expression ( P <0 05), and positive correlation between EGFR and PCNA expressions ( P <0 05). Conclusion In colorectal carcinoma being negative for endogenous estradiol, the growth factor might play an important role in invasion and metastasis and proliferation of tumor cell.
