摘  要:元阳野菜资源共调查到草本茎叶类、果实类、块茎(根)类、木本茎叶类、鲜花类、竹笋类等62种,隶属41科。通过对现状调查,发现元阳野菜开发存在着野菜资源利用率和开发程度低、采收技术不合理、加工水平低等问题,提出合理开发利用与保护建议。Wild vegetable resources in yuanyang were investigated in this paper. There were 62 species wild vegetable which belong to 41 families. They could be divided into 7 groups based to edible part such as tender stems and green leaves of herbage 29 species ,fruitsl0, root tuber 5, tender stems and green leaves of dyewood 10, flowers 4, bamboo shoot 3, wild mushroom 1. In addition ,the main potential problems in the exploration and utilization of the wild vegetables were pointed out and analyzed, development and preservation countermeasures were proposed. Finally, relevant suggetions involved in exploitation and utilization were presented.
