摘  要:SUV汽车车身的重量、附载及其动荷载通过橡胶组合支撑传到车架上,利用橡胶组合支撑的变形协调条件,橡胶组合支撑变形与载荷间的关系式可以给出。分析结果表明:橡胶组合支撑变形与载荷的关系近似为分段直线关系,直线的斜率为橡胶组合支撑的刚度,支撑小变形时的刚度大于大变形时的支撑刚度,橡胶组合支撑这种特性能够可提高SUV汽车行驶时的舒适性。通过试验测量了橡胶组合支撑在载荷作用下的变形,试验结果与理论结果一致,该结果可用于指导橡胶组合支撑的设计。SUV car body weight,loading,and their dynamic loads act on the car frame through rubber combined supports.The relationships between deformations and loads on rubber combined supports are derived by using the deformation consistent conditions of rubber combined supports.The relationships between deformations and loads on rubber combined supports are approximately sub-linear.The elastic stiffness of rubber combined supports for small deformation is greater than that for large deformation.The sub-linear slopes are the elastic stiffness of rubber combined supports.This feature of rubber combined supports can improve the driving comfort of the SUV vehicles.The elastic stiffness of the rubber combined supports are measured by tension and compression tests.The theoretical results are consistent with the experimental results.The results can be used to guide the design of rubber combined supports.
