浅谈床头卡与腕带在产科病房运用的对比

摘　　要：目的：在产科病房同时使用腕带与床头卡两种识别标志，了解病人和医务人员的意愿。方法：采用问卷调查，分别对住院孕妇、产科护士、助产士及手术室护士进行调查。结果：91％住院孕妇选择腕带作为识别标志，100％的产科护士、助产士及手术室护士选择腕带作为识剐标志。结论：使用腕带的选择率明显高于床头卡，腕带的使用在产科病房值得推广。Objective： In the maternity ward at the same time the use of two kinds of identification wristbands and bedside card signs, to understand the wishes of patients and medical staff. Methods： Questionnaire separately hospitalized pregnant women, ob- stetric nurses, midwives and nurses in operating room to investigate. Results： 91% of pregnant women choose hospital wristband as identification mark, 100% of the obstetric nurses, midwives and nurses in operating room select wristband as a symbol knowledge. Conclusion： The choice of using the wrist strap was significantly higher than bedside cards, wrist straps used in maternity wards are worth promoting.
