摘　　要：十多年来,有关全球价值链的文献指出,网络组织和地理布局分散的生产组织是经济全球化的关键特征。但是不同的全球价值链研究阵营对治理的理解和推理仍然存在着很大的差异,主要存在三种解读"治理"的方法,分别是将治理作为动力、将治理作为协调以及将治理作为一种标准化手段。基于这三种治理观点的讨论发现,无论是建立领导厂商与供应商的协调治理形式,还是充分阐述治理的标准维度,如果仅仅将某一种价值链治理的分析视为单独的模板,将导致全球价值链理论的形成缺乏连贯性和完整性。For dozens of years literature on global value chains has pointed out that production organizations scattered in network organization and geographical distribution are the key feature of economic globalization. There are, however, still huge differences among different camps of research on global value chains, with three approaches to interpreting ‘ governance ＇ ： governance as a driving force, governance as a means of coordination and governance as a means of normalization. Our discussion of the three approaches indicates that whether in respect of developing a model explaining the coordination between leading finns and their suppliers or of elaborating the normative dimension of governance, there would be a lack of coherence and integrity in global value chains theory if only one approach was treated as the single template.
