摘  要:【目的】确定杏仁油的适宜提取方法。【方法】以杏品种为原料,分别采用微波提取法和索氏提取法对新疆产量较大的小白杏进行正交试验,研究各种提取因素对杏仁油提取率的影响。【结果】最佳提取条件下微波法小白杏出油率69.91%,索氏提取法小白杏出油率72.67%。【结论】两种杏仁油提取方法的比较结果显示,微波提取法提取的杏仁油百分含量略低于索氏提取法,但与索氏提取法相比,微波提取法具有节省时间、环保节能、提取效率高、控制方便及易工业化等优点。[Objective] To establish the optimal extraction method for extracting Almond oil. [ Method] The almond oil was extracted by using microwave extraction method and soxhlet extraction method, and the orthogonal experiment design was used to study the optimization extraction conditions of Xiaobaixing almond. And the influences of different extraction factores on the almond oil extraction rate were studied. [ Result] The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: The Microwave extraction rates of Xiaobaixing almond were 69.91%; The Soxhlet extraction rates of Xiaobaixing almond were 72.67 %. [ Conclusion ] The result of comparison between these two extraction methods indicated that the percentage of almond oil extracted by soxhlet extraction method were higher than that of Microwave extraction method. But Microwave extraction method has some advantages such as saving time and energy, extracting more efficient, easy to control, easy to be industrialized.
