深圳市福田区中小学生营养状况五年动态分析

摘　　要：通过对深圳市福田区1993～1997年五年间中小学生营养状况的分析。结果显示:深圳市福田区中小学生1993～1997年五年间营养不良率平为3.54%,以轻度营养不良为主(92.18%),呈逐年下降趋势;而肥胖率平均为9.98%,呈逐年上升趋势。男生明显不良及度不良率均显著低于女生(X^2分别为42.2、201.9,P 值均小于0.005);而轻度肥胖及明显肥胖男生均显著高于女生(X^2分别为32.8、225.7,P 值均小于0.005)。同时发现,学生营养不良率(明显不良及轻度不良率)高峰出现在小学五、六年级及初中一、二年级,最高达0.87%和6.49%(初一);而肥胖率(轻度肥胖及明显肥胖率)高峰出现在高中阶段,高达12.98%和7.96(高二)。提示:深圳市福田区中小学生营养状况问题不容忽视。The nutrition status of primary and middle school students have been analyzed from 1993 to 1997.The re- sult showed that the average rate of malnutrition during the five years is 3.54%.It is mainly slight malnutrition (92.18 %).The rate decreased by year.The average rate of obesity is 9.98% and has a trend of increasing by year.The rates of marked malnutrition and slight malnutrition in male are significantly lower than those in fe- male(P<0.005),while the male's rates of slight obesity and marked obesity are higher than female significantly (P<0.005).The peak of the students' malnutrition(slight and obvious malnutrition)appear at grade five or six in primary school and grade one or two in junior middle school.They are 0.87% and 6.49%(grade one in junior middle school);while the peak of the obesity(slight and.obvious obesity)appear in senior middle school.They are 12,98% and 7.96%(grade two in senior middle school),This result suggests that the students nutrition sta- tus of Futian district in Shenzhen should be paid attention to.
