摘　　要：文章通过对山东省主要种业企业和科研院所的135份问卷调查,综合运用归纳总结和因子分析等方法,分别对种业企业和科研院所的植物品种权入股行为进行实证分析。研究表明:获得预期收益、扩大市场占有率、增强核心竞争力是影响种业企业植物品种权入股行为的主要因素;预期收益、经营能力、成本和风险这4个因子是影响科研院所植物品种权入股行为的重要因素,其中预期收益和经营能力是关键影响因素,风险和成本因素是重要因素,最终目的是增加收入,减少风险。Based on 135 questionnaires of seed enterprises and research institutes in Shandong Province, behavior of plant variety rights shares were analyzed using summarized and factor analysis methods in the paper. Studies have shown that for seed enterprises, there were three major factors on their behavior of plant variety rights shares： to obtain the expected benefits, expand market share and enhance core competitiveness. For scientific research institutes, they considered four main factors on plant variety rights shares： the expected benefits, business ability, cost and risk. Among them, the key factors were to obtain the expected benefits and business ability, the important factors were risk and cost, the ultimate aim was to increase revenue, reduce risk.
