摘　　要：采用Dynaform软件对圆筒件拉深成形过程进行数值模拟,映射网格划分技术对几何模型进行划分,有效地解决了载荷施加及求解过程中时间步长的选择难题,建立了能实际应用的有限元模型。实践表明应用该模型能提高产品质量,缩短设计周期。The cylinder part drawing is numerical simulated based on the Dynaform software. The geometrical mode is compartmentalized by mappde meshing compartmentalise technology. The problem of loading and choice of time step in calculating is resolved. The finite element mode that can be used practicly is established. Practice indicate that this mode can improve the quality of products and reduce design cycle.
