基于灰色关联分析的干部考核方法

摘  要:组织部门对干部考核(或民主评议)属于多人对多人的多指标的考核评价,面临考核指标多且难以量化,以及同一考核指标的多种不同评价,难以给出最终量化结果。结合某机关干部考核实例,运用灰色关联分析方法,建立多级考核指标评判模型,提出基于灰色关联分析的机关干部考核评价方法。该方法简单易行,有利于机关干部的选拔和任用。Cadre assessment (or democratic evaluation) from organization department belongs to manypeople to many people multi-indicator assessment, which is faced with many assessment indicators and difficult to quantify and different assessment from the same indicator. Therefore, it' s difficult to give final quantified results. Taking some government cadres for example, this paper puts forward cadre assessment method based on gray relational analysis by using gray relational analysis and establishes multi level assessment indicator model. This method is easy and feasible for the selection and appointment of government cadres.
