摘　　要：应用地理信息技术、Internet技术和数据库技术,为农电配电管理建立一个具备直观管理、查询、输出和分析应用等功能的管理系统。该系统访问范围广泛,独立性强,为农电配电网各部门提供优化的数据和科学的管理依据,使配电管理部门在规划、基建和生产等各个方面提高管理水平与工作效率。Making use of the advanced geographic information system technology and Internet technology and the database technology,to make a administration platform with penetrating functions such as managing,inquiring about,exporting and analysing application for agriculture electricity power distribution management. The system that covering extensive and is independent,to provides the most optimum data and scientific management basis for agriculture electricity power distribution departments,so that power distribution sector can improve the management level and work efficiency in the planning, infrastructure,production and other aspects.
