摘 要:针对目前我国鲜莲子剥壳技术水平落后、效率低下、不能满足企业需求这一现状,研发了一种自动化剥壳技术。为了实现高效低耗损机械化莲子剥壳,针对鲜莲子的物理结构特点及切割特性,深入分析了实现莲子剥壳所需各技术环节的特点与实现机构,设计了一种高效的自动化莲子剥壳机。该机具有剥壳率高、破损率低、结构紧凑和性能稳定等特点,能够满足相关企业扩大生产的需求。An automatic technology has been researched to solve the problem that the existing Lotus Seeds decladding technology and equipment is inefficient and can not meet the demand of enterprise. In order to reach high efficiency and low loss of mechanized de-hulling for lotus seeds,this paper analyses the characteristic and mechanism of all technical links which are needed for achieving lotus seed decladding. And a new efficient Lotus Seeds sheller with high dehulling rate and low broken rate is designed. It is compact in structure and stable in performance. So it can fill the enterprise's requirement of expanding production.
