摘  要:利用GZ-1型干燥试验装置,在不同热风温度和风速条件下进行枸杞的热风干燥动力学试验,获得枸杞的干燥曲线和干燥速率曲线,并分析了热风温度和风速对干燥速度的影响。试验结果表明:热风温度是影响干燥速度的主要因素,风速是次要因素;试样在干燥前经过NaOH溶液处理后,其外观品质有显著的提高,且在较低温度条件下提高了枸杞干燥的速度;通过实验数据的拟合比较,得知指数模型的拟合效果最好。This paper utilized GZ-1 type drying devices to carry out the hot-air drying kinetics experiment of Chinese wolfberry at different air temperatures and wind speed conditions. By doing this,it obtained the drying curve,drying rate curve of the Chinese wolfberry,and analyzed the speed of drying affected by air temperature and wind speed. The experimental results show that: drying air temperature is a major factor which influences the drying speed,and the wind speed is a factor of secondary importance. Treating the sample before dried in NaOH solution,it gained the Chinese wolfberry whose quality of appearance was improved significantly. Meanwhile,the drying speed of the wolfberry was increased at a relatively lower temperature condition. By fitting the data obtained by the experiment,the exponential model fit best.
