摘 要:为了隔离因农用车辆所使用的路面(地面)不平而引起幅度大的低频振动,利用杠杆机构调节发动机激振、弹簧和阻尼器的力作用点,来调节发动机实际振动位移与减振器的等效位移之间的动态关系,从而实现单根弹簧等效刚度、阻尼器等效阻尼的无极动态调节,实现了汽车发动机大振幅大刚度、大阻尼和小振幅小刚度、小阻尼的振动控制要求,并提出了变系数振动微分方程的求解方法。该机构具有结构简单、控制可靠和节约能源等特点。仿真实验证明,该减振方法符合农用车辆发动机的减振要求。In order to isolate the large amplitude and low-frequency vibration of farm vehicles,because of the road (or ground) uneven,the equivalent apolar stiffness of single spring can be accessible,by the method of regulating the dynamic relationship between the actual vibration misalignment of the engine and the compress length of the spring by adjusting the position of their applied forces on the bar linkage. This method can meet the requirement of the control of large stiffness and damping when the large amplitude or small stiffness and damping when small amplitude. A new method of solving complex differential equation is proposed. This mechanism is simple,controlled reliably and saving energy. It proves that this method of vibration damping is met the requirement of vibration damping by MATlab simulation.
