摘　　要：当前大学生就业形势日趋严峻,辅导员在大学生就业工作中扮演着中坚力量的角色。大学生在就业过程中面临的多种困难很多都可以通过辅导员的工作加以解决。为此,既需要明确辅导员在大学生就业工作中的角色,也需要创造条件充分发挥辅导员在大学生就业工作中的作用。Currently, the graduates＇ employment situation is getting more and more severe. As a result, career guidance has been part of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The university counselors tend to be young and often get in touch with the students so that they have the advantage of communicating, directing and disseminating policy, which makes them play a strong role in career guidance in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is important to make good use of it in promoting the employment of the graduates.
