摘 要:采用数值模拟方法,分析了置于浮法玻璃熔窑卡脖内、深度为0.4 m的水包位置变化对窑池和卡脖内玻璃液流动状态的影响,并计算了不同水包位置的卡脖出、入口处生产流及回流量。结果表明,当水包位置由卡脖入口附近向卡脖出口变化时,卡脖入口处的生产流量和回流量逐渐增加,但它们的平均温度却随之降低;卡脖出口处的生产流量、回流量却减少,而它们的平均温度也都逐渐降低。水包靠近卡脖入口,回流量减少,有利于降低能耗。Using numerical simulation method,the influence of water-bag's location on glass melt flow in the glass melting pool and the neck within the glass furnace was investigated.The water-bag indentation depth kept 0.4 m with the change in position.Forward-flow and back-flow in the export and the entrance to the neck of the glass furnace were calculated respectively.The results demonstrated that when the water-bag was shifted from the neighborhood of entrance to the neighborhood of the exit,glass liquid forward-flow and back-flow of the neck's entrance increased,but their temperature fell.Meanwhile,glass liquid forward-flow and back-flow of the neck's export reduced,having an analogy to their temperature.When water-bag gradually closed to the entrance,back-flow decreased,which was good for reducing heat consumption.
