摘 要:与三晋法家不同,《管子》一书蕴含着丰富的孝道思想。《管子》孝道的意涵包括两个方面:其本质是一种利父母的德行;其规范是"养亲"、"敬亲"。与孟子不同,《管子》孝道的基础源于趋利避害的人性,父"慈教"是孝道产生的先决条件,父之"势"是孝道产生的外在诱因,避开"五害"是孝道产生的环境基础。《管子》为了"牧民",而提倡大力推广孝道,其具体推广措施是:加强教化,以孝选才,赏罚之法等。Unlike the SanJin Legalists,the book Guanzi contains rich ideas of filial piety.The meaning of filial piety in Guanzi includes two aspects:its nature is a kind of moral behavior which benefits parents;its norms are "providing for parents","Respecting parents".And different from Mencius,it's ideas on human nature which is the basis of filial piety in Guanzi is seeking benefits and avoiding losses.Kind teaching of parents is a prerequisite for filial piety generating,the parent's "ascendance" is external incentive of filial piety generating,avoiding the "Five Pests" is environmental foundation of filial piety generating.For the purpose of good governance,Guanzi vigorously promotes filial piety,the specific promotion measures are:to strengthen civilization of filial piety,selecting talents by filial piety,rewards and punishments of the law.
