微创手术治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨微创手术治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法回顾分析应用小切口微创手术治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症21例。结果术后评分按照Nakai分级标准,优17例,良2例,可2例,差0例,手术优良率近90.5%。结论小切口微创手术治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症具有组织创伤小、手术出血少、对脊椎稳定性破坏轻微、疗效确实等特点,是一种理想的临床手术方法 。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy for treating prolapse of lumbar intervertabral disc with minimally invasive surgery in the adolescents. Methods From January 2002 to December 2008, 21 cases with prolapse of lumbar intervertabral disc received minimally invasive surgery in the adolescents were analyzed retrospectively. Results The first intention of wound was got in 21 cases after operation. No postoperative intervertebral space infection and other complications were found. Follow-up was got in all cases after operation. Follow-up time ranged from 8ti 61 months. According to Nakai evaluated score criterion, the excellent, good and fair were in 17, 2 and 2 cases retrospectively. The excellent and good rates were in 90.5%. Conclusion Minimally invasive surger for treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral discs possesses less trauma, less bleesing, good stability for the vertebral column and a better efficacy. Therefore, it is an ideal surfical method.
